What Is Covered:
Dock D-Fender LLC (“Dock D-Fender”) warrants to the original purchaser that its Dock D-Fender product, when purchased and used within the United States or Canada, will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal operating conditions for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

Normal operating conditions are defined as use of the product as a temporary mooring aid. Dock D-Fender is not intended for long-term docking or use in high wind or heavy wave environments. The Dock D-Fender is specifically designed to protect against dock scuffing during temporary mooring, such as when preparing to trailer a vessel, or during short-term docking for loading or unloading cargo or passengers.

The Dock D-Fender is intended for use with low-profile bass boats (21 feet and under), pontoons, and smaller ski boat designs.

What Dock D-Fender Will Do:
If the product proves defective during the warranty period under normal use:

1. Contact Dock D-Fender to file a warranty claim.
2. Provide a copy of the original purchase receipt and return the defective product. Dock D-Fender will pay for return shipping of the defective product.

If approved, Dock D-Fender will provide a replacement product at no charge, shipped freight prepaid within the United States or Canada.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This limited warranty does not cover:

• Use outside of temporary mooring applications.
• Use in high wind, rough water, or heavy wave conditions.
• Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or modifications.
• Damage caused by accidents, shipping, or natural disasters (floods, fires, lightning, etc.).
• Damage caused by use with third-party accessories or components not supplied by Dock D-Fender.
• Products used with vessel types for which the Dock D-Fender is not intended (e.g., high-profile hulls such as center consoles, deep-V hulls, or boats with sharply rising gunwales).

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Limitation of Liability:

Dock D-Fender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Damage to vessels, docks, or other property.
• Loss of use or downtime.
• Substitution costs.
• Claims of third parties.
• Personal injury arising from use or inability to use the Dock D-Fender product.

Dock D-Fender reserves the right to inspect any product returned under warranty to determine the cause of failure before approving a claim.
